The
firm was established in 1955 as a proprietorship
by Late Shri Nand Lal Sharma as a general
government supplier.
Slowly the company became specialist in
Valves and got the prestigious dealership
of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (Valves
Division) for north India in 1981. During
the course of time the firm got registered
with many prestigious government organizations
like NFL, IFFCO, IOCL, DESU, CPWD, NTPC,
Central Ground Water Board, Central Ordnance
Depot, Thermal Power Stations etc. We
also enjoyed the dealership of Howrah
Light Casting Company Pvt.Ltd (Howrah)
& leader Valves (Jalandhar) the leading
manufacturers for CI/GM/CS Valves.
In 1992 due to a change in dealership
policies of BHEL , the company joined
hands with M/s KSB Pumps Ltd (Valves Division).
This further strengthened our vision and
today we are the among the leading suppliers
of High Pressure Valves to prestigious
organizations like Triveni Industries
& Engineering Ltd, Jubilant Organosys
Ltd, Dee Development , Sugar/Paper/Power/Process
industry etc.
Awarded No.1 Dealer
for KSB Valves on all India Basis for
the Year 1994, 1995 & 2006.
Now
in the process of time the company
is a complete house of industrial
valves and having the prestigious
